VOLUNTEER WITH A.Ss.I.S.T.

Do you share our passion for Fair Process? Do you want to contribute to make the application process for asylum seekers seeking international protection more accessible?

As an A.Ss.I.S.T. volunteer, you will support asylum seekers seeking international protection in Greece. These are some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in the European Union. By volunteering with A.Ss.I.S.T., you will assist them to exercise their rights to information and to fair process.

We are often looking for  volunteers to join our Team for a minimum of three months.

Volunteer Interpreters/Translators – recruitment is on-going.

Our interpreters/translators are on-call so that we may meet the needs of our clients:

English-Arabic, -Amharic,  -Farsi/Dari, -French, -Kreo,  -Kurdish (Sorani and Kormanji), – Lingala, -Pashto, -Somali and -Tigrinya, -Twi, working in partnership with Volunteer lawyers, Legal Advisors and the Client Service Manager.
